Maine

We are fortunate to have a cottage on the Maine coast at Bayside near Belfast for the past 30 years since 2000. My family and I traipse up there from Hartford during summer months. Thereabouts I have created endless sketches of the Penobscot Bay and landscapes; I turn sketches, and sometimes photos, into paintings back in my Hartford home studio. I shy away from landmarks as there are plentiful postcards of those available.
